Steps to register, use, and terms and conditions of the Hawy application
Subscriber profile:
Your profile is where you can find your personal account, the cards you want to share from your holdings, the organized and tailored type of hobbies, information, photos and videos you've added, and your settings on HAWY. It acts as a private record of you. Here you can view what you've shared and see a list of people who share with you on your section.
Profile Terms and Conditions: -
• The application is an intermediary between the seller and the buyer, the application is not involved in any way in such transactions, including, the payment of any sales or applicable taxes. As a result, you acknowledge and agree that Home Footnote is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and, to the extent permitted by law, has no liability to any party, in connection with such transactions.
• The application does not provide any warranty or guarantee and assumes no responsibility for any of the products sold or purchased or listed services or content that promotes any kind of investment opportunities and is not responsible for any returns or refunds or disputes arising between users of the application. You may use the Services at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law.
• The application of the amateur does not bear any responsibility in the event of interruption of Internet service in the country.
How to register in the HAWY application:
1. Register a personal name.
2. Registration is required by phone number.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions.
4. You will receive an SMS with the activation number (OTP) consisting of 4 digits.
5. Choose the appropriate package for the subscriber.
6. The subscriber can choose one section in which the subscription will be free, but in the event that he chooses to participate and interest in more than one section in the HAWY application, an annual nominal fee will be charged for subscribing to more than one section.
7. After specifying the number of sections to which he wishes to subscribe, the application will go to the electronic payment page (if the subscriber is local, then he should choose to pay K-NET in Kuwaiti dinars, and if he is from abroad, then he can choose to pay via (PAYPAL & SKRILL) to pay in US dollars.
8. Only after completing the previous stages will your subscription to the HAWY application be activated.
9. After that, the cards available from the subscriber’s holdings can be added to the details according to his desire and kept as an electronic record saved on the application, or the possibility of participating with them in the services provided by the application.
10. You can change your profile picture on your profile.
11. Information that the subscriber may transfer, such as:
• Name (required)
• Father (compulsory)
• Mother (compulsory)
• Date of birth (optional)
• Animal owner (optional)
• One or more photos (optional)
• One or more videos (optional)
• Explanatory text to describe the product (optional)
• Types of vaccinations (optional)
• Etc
The cards are distinguished by colors indicating their status, which are:
• The green color is available for registration with any service
• The Gray color is not available, that is, it is either registered in an auction or an advertisement
• The red color is transferred to another person
The subscriber has an ownership sequence screen, according to the transfer of ownership of the card from one subscriber to another.

Subscription terms and conditions:
• The subscription fee is non-refundable
• The owner of the subscription must adhere to choosing appropriate images for clear display, and whoever posts images and comments on them inappropriately and contrary to the general morals of the administration has the right to delete the offensive content, and upon recurrence, the administration takes the decision to delete the subscription for the subscriber without the slightest responsibility for the application.
• The application of the amateur disclaims any legal responsibility towards the information and images included by the subscriber, and the subscriber bears full legal responsibility for the content he publishes.
• Minors are allowed to access the application and use the service if their legal representatives agree, and this can only be done through parents or legal guardians
• The application has the right to cancel any subscription or cancel a photo of the subscriber without notice, and the subscriber has the right to inquire and write to the administration to return the subscription, and the administration has the decision to approve or reject it.
• Subscribers outside Kuwait, please contact the administration and inform us of the subscribers whose credibility depends on the application from the State of Kuwait to ensure the rights of other subscribers.
Services provided by the HAWY application:
1- Keeping the personal file of the subscriber as an official record of his holdings, and the ability of subscribers participating in the section to view his holdings.
2- Auction services for the sale and purchase of subscribers’ belongings in the departments to which it belongs. A subscriber who is not a subscriber in the department is not entitled to engage in the buying and selling service in it.
3- The auction service is divided into three different types, from which the appropriate choice can be chosen according to the subscriber’s desire. Each service provided has a symbolic registration fee that guarantees the subscriber the time and period allotted to him on the HAWY application.
4- The advertisement service (slider) is the joint advertisement service for one of his holdings, information or news through a moving tape in the application for a period of time that can be chosen by the subscriber (a day or more) and has a nominal registration fee.
5- Miscellaneous Section This section pertains to all that the hobbyist is interested in, including new or used collectibles or equipment offered by local suppliers or offered by members of the section (a request is submitted to the application management for registration and payment of display fees). Do as soon as you pay the fee.
Types of auctions in the HAWY application:
1. The electronic sale auction
2. Live Auction (Live Streaming):-
• Live Auction Managed HAWY app.
• Live auction managed by subscriber
3.Live Auction (Live Streaming):-
Stock Exchange auction (the day, number of participants, and registration fees are determined by the HAWY application management).
1. Electronic Sale Auction:
It is a separate, personal electronic sale auction for the subscriber limited to 10 cards available
How to register for an auction:
1. Press the Auctions button (+) located in the bottom center of the screen.
2. Choose the sale auction.
3. Choose the department wishing to participate in the sale auction
4. Choose the available card with which you wish to participate in the sale auction.
5. Choose the date the sale auction began.
6. Choose the timing of the sale auction.
7. Determine the opening price of the sale auction.
8. Add another available card as desired.
9. After selecting the cards, the fees are paid to activate the sale.
10. After payment, an automatic notification message will be generated for all subscribers of the subscriber's section of the existence of a sale to him at the time and date chosen.
11. When the sale begins, a black timer appears on the card of the card registered in the sale.
12. Below it appears the name of another participant and the amount that he bid.
13. The increases will follow according to the participants until the time counter changes to red, i.e. the sale period is near to end.
14. The owner of the auction can extend the period by pressing the Extend Period button and must pay the extension fee.
15. At the end of the time limit for the electronic sale, the name and price of the last bidder will appear in the auction.
16. The option is for the auctioneer to accept or reject.
17. In case of refusal, the card will be returned to the personal file of the owner of the sale.
18. In the event that the price is approved, the owner of the sale must communicate with the buyer to complete the agreement and collect the amount. The name of the buyer and his phone number are located at the bottom of the card. Once you click on it, it will move to communicate with the buyer on the WhatsApp program.
19. The time period for the seller to transfer ownership is only one week
20. After agreeing and completing the payment, the seller presses the button to transfer ownership of the card to the buyer.
21. In the event of a desire to change the time and date, a subscriber can submit a request to manage the application.
Terms and conditions of electronic sale:
• Registration fees for the sale are non-refundable
• The application is not responsible for any financial transactions between the buyer and the seller
• The responsibility of transferring the card from the seller to the buyer rests with the owner of the sale
• The responsibility of the owner of the sale to deliver the animal to the buyer.
• The administration has the right to approve or reject the subscriber's request to change the auction date
2 . Live auction (live broadcast):
It is an audio-visual live broadcast auction to display the sale of the subscriber's belongings, and it has a date and time. It is divided into two types of live broadcast auctions:
• Live Streaming Managed by HAWY App:
The HAWY administration provides a broker and transfers the collectibles after completing the registration and paying the fees to book the live auction appointment directly from the seller to the buyer, and an audio and video presentation of the collectibles with a detailed explanation of its full features. For a live auction registration fee directly by the HAWY application management.
How to register for the live broadcast auction managed by the HAWY application:
1. Choose to register for the live auction (demonstration by HAWY).
2. The subscriber must register in the application in the event that he challenges the day of the sale, and he must register 72 hours before the start date.
3. Select the department wishing to participate in the auction
4. Naming the pledge of allegiance.
5. Choose the date and time to start broadcasting.
6. Pay the auction registration fees.
7. After paying the fees, the subscriber must contact the amateur administration to coordinate with the auctioneer.
8. The application will send a notification of the date and type of auction to all members of the department.
9. On the day and time of the live broadcast, the live video screen will be opened in the HAWY application on the phone and the screen of the authorized auctioneer in the application.
10. The card to be demonstrated is chosen, and then the auctioneer talks about the specifications
11. In the event that one of the participants wishes to participate in the audio, he presses the participation button, the auctioneer approves of it, and proceeds to comment, and upon completion, he closes the participation.
